Return Policy

1. Return Authorization Process

To ensure returns are processed efficiently and accurately, all dealers must follow the procedures outlined below.

Step 1 – Technical Evaluation Required

Before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can be issued for either a warranty claim or a product return:

  • The dealer must first contact ZZ2 Technical Support (tech@zz2.com) (929) 220-1212 to obtain a ticket number.
  • After the unit has been diagnosed, the ticket will be forwarded to the ZZ2 Sales Department, which will issue the appropriate RMA number.

No return will be authorized until the product has been fully evaluated.
If the unit is confirmed to be defective, the applicable return or replacement process will apply.

2. Advanced Replacement Option

Once Technical Support issues a ticket number, the Sales Department will create an RMA and determine whether a call tag applies based on the original purchase date.

Within the First 90 Days After Purchase

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone:

  • An advanced replacement will be provided at no cost
  • call tag will be issued for the return of the defective unit

After 90 Days From Purchase

If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone:

  • An advanced replacement will be provided at no cost
  • The dealer is responsible for shipping the defective unit back to ZZ2

An RMA will be issued for all advanced replacement transactions.

3. Defective Unit Return Without Advanced Replacement

Dealers may choose to return a defective unit without receiving an advanced replacement.

Within the First 90 Days

  • credit will be applied to the dealer’s ZZ2 account

After 90 Days

  • credit will be applied to the dealer’s ZZ2 account
4. Non-Defective Returns

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned products must be:

  • Brand new
  • Unused
  • In fully resellable condition
  • Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and components

Refund Eligibility for Non-Defective Returns

  • If the dealer loses the sale within 30 days, a refund to the original form of payment may be issued upon request
  • After 30 daysaccount credit only will be issued

Terms of Liability

By purchasing, distributing, or installing ZZ2 products, the dealer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • All users must read and fully understand the product manual prior to installation
  • Installation or use of the product constitutes acceptance of these terms

ZZ2 shall not be held liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • Injury to persons or property
  • Losses resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use ZZ2 products
  • Claims arising from warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory
